Slime can over-activate during shipment due to cold weather. For both clear based and white based slimes you can use skin-safe glycerin (drops) at a time, kneed, and have activator handy in case it gets sticky. Another way to help soften up slime is by placing your slime container in a warm place for a few days like a sunny window. Fastest way add a bit of glycerin, kneed well, and place your slime container in a hot water bath for 10-15 minutes with the lid tightly closed to melt back to a desired consistency. This process can be repeated as many times needed to reach your desired consistency.

If slime gets on furniture, clothes, or any other surface use a damp warm cloth with distilled vinegar to remove.

Slime is not recommended for people who have sensitive skin, or major skin problems due to the fragrance oils in slime that make them smell so good. Although we do have slimes that are unscented, people with sensitive skin are not recommended to play with slime. All of our slimes are made using a diluted solution using water, borax, baking soda, and a skin safe ECOCERT/ cosmos-accepted preservative, along with other ingredients to make different textures.
